Earning the newest IICRC Certification in March, we are pleased to announce Bill Day and Steve Specht have garnered the latest technologically advanced trainging in Carpet Cleaning passing the required test with nearly a 100%!  Training included chemistry, advanced fiber recognition, specialty pet problem treatment and equipment advancements.  Steve has been with Jensen's problem solving team for over nine years and Bill for over six years. Congratulations to our Spot and Stain experts!

Congratulations to Steve Specht and Joel Jensen for earning the IICRC re-certification for Water Restoration.  They attended a two-day, hands-on, intensive training in Chicago to learn the latest technology in preventing and restoring water emergency techniques.

Jensen's Carpet Care and Restoration is proud to welcome the addition of Michelle Selissen as the Customer Service Manager.  She brings a vast background of Property Management, maintenance, scheduling, accounts receivable and customer service excellence.  After a five year hiatus Michelle has rejoined the Jensen's Team.

Lead Technician, Bill Day has earned the IICRC Certification for Water Restoration upon completing the three-day rigorous hands-on technical training and successfully passing (missing only 1 point of 100) lengthy testing taking place in Chicago, Illinois.  Training was provided by an authorized school appointed by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification.

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is proud to announce that Jensen’s Carpet Care and Restoration, De Pere, Wisconsin has qualified as a Certified Firm for the tenth consecutive year.  This company has met the following IICRC criteria:

Locally owned and operated for more than 12 years, our Owners and dedicated Team members remain the same to seamlessly continue quality, professional service.

Under our new name we are excited to expand our technical training and the variety of services we provide to our loyal customers.
